Proper name of both cities are ‘Incheon’ and ‘Busan.’ Republic of Korea has been using the ‘Revised Romanization’ system from the year 2000, ousting McCune-Reischauer system that had been used before then. Applying the ‘Revised Romanization’ rules to the two cities on the map, both should be described as ‘Incheon’ and ‘Busan.’
