What is wrong with the content?

무엇이 잘못되었나요?

1. Since the phrase ‘Beware of’ usually is used in cases like ‘Beware of Dog’, so 어린이 보호 구역 fits more accurately with ‘Child(ren) Protection Zone’.  [p.68]

2. “전 장애인인데요.” literally means “I am a disabled person.” For more accurate translation, “I have a disability” should be translated into “저는 장애가 있습니다.” or “저는 장애가 있어요.”  [p.115]

3. “섹스 하시나요?” literally means “Do you have sex?”, and is a very rude phrase to use, and no doctor would ask a patient like that. When you see a obstetrician, the doctor would ask “최근에 성관계를 가지신 적이 있나요?”, which literally means “Have you ever had sexual intercourse recently?” and is a much more polite way of saying “Are you sexually active?” in Korean.  [p.183]

If so, how should it be properly explained?
